  Poor people belonging to Low income group & Economically weaker sections who living in cities
• Scheme period :
  7 years 25th june 2015 to 25th june 2022
• No of houses to be built : 2 crores
• Amount to be granted :
  between 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh
• loan amount & credit-linked subsidy scheme :
  If loan amount - <= 6 lakh then subisidized interest rate - 6.5 %
  If loan amount - > 6 lakh then subisidized interest rate - 6.5 % upto 6 lakh and other - base rate
• Loan tenure :15 years
